At FPSO Mayo Abo, Zero Harm is the foundation of how we operate every day. Our offshore environment involves complex, high-risk activities, and achieving safe outcomes depends on how well we think about safety, act responsibly, and support one another on every job.
All work on board FPSO Mayo Abo must be properly planned, risk assessed and controlled. Tasks are only executed when hazards have been identified and risks reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), in line with STAC Marine Offshore procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
Each person in this facility has both the responsibility and the authority to speak up and stop work whenever conditions are unsafe or unclear. Exercising Stop Work Authority is a positive safety action and may be the last barrier before an incident occurs.
By remaining vigilant, communicating clearly, and looking out for one another, we protect lives, assets, and the environment—while sustaining the strong safety performance already achieved on FPSO Mayo Abo.
Zero Harm is achieved when everyone goes home safe, every shift, every time.
