Health & Wellbeing at STAC Marine Offshore
At STAC Marine Offshore, the health and wellbeing of our people are fundamental to who we are and how we work. Caring for our physical, mental, and social wellbeing is an integral part of our culture and a clear demonstration of CARE, for ourselves, for our colleagues, and for the work we do.
Health and wellbeing have a direct impact on our overall quality of life, safety, and productivity. By being mindful of our own wellbeing, as well as that of others, we help create a healthy, resilient, and high-performing work environment where everyone can thrive.
To support this commitment, STAC Marine Offshore continues to promote health and wellbeing through a range of initiatives across the organization. These initiatives are designed to raise awareness, provide support, and encourage positive lifestyle choices both onshore and offshore.
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This definition reinforces the strong connection between mental and physical health. The relationship is two-way: when the body is well, the mind is supported—and when mental wellbeing is prioritized, physical health is strengthened.
At STAC Marine Offshore, we encourage everyone to take an active role in maintaining their health and wellbeing and to seek support when needed. Together, we can foster a workplace that is safe, supportive, and focused on the long-term wellbeing of all.
